In the first incident, a car rammed into a truck parked in the middle of the road.

Similarly, a pick-up truck and a hatchback bearing Delhi registration number also collided with the truck after few minutes of the first crash, causing long traffic snarls.

Jai Kumar, the owner of the hatchback, who had a close brush with death, said he was an employee of a private industry and was going to the factory situated in the city, but due to dense fog he was unable to see the truck and crashed into it.

In the second incident that took place near Kang Sabo on Nakodar Road, a Punjab Roadways bus collided with a car and a tractor. No one was injured in the incident.
