The school does not have its campus and since last 18 years the school was being run from Nadaun. Shifting of these has not only bothered the students, but also the teachers.

The state government has, however, has selected a piece of land for the school campus near Bhumpal, but it is facing some legal complications, as a result the construction work is yet to be started. The residents here are upset and agitated against the state government and local administration for not solving the problem of the land.

It is worth mentioning that the Nadaun Kendriya Vidyalya was creation of former education minister Narain Chand Prashser, who had represented Nadaun assembly constituency thrice, besides remaining member of Parliament from Hamipur.

There are reports that the local BJP leaders had written to the union HRD minister Smriti Irani to take interest in the issue.
