Who’s a bigger actor: Amitabh Bachchan or Rajinikanth? Director Ram Gopal Varma, who has worked with Big B in a couple of films, sparked another controversy on Thursday when he sent out a series of tweets suggesting that the Bollywood star was “vastly superior” as an actor compared to the Tamil superstar.
Ramu begins with complimenting Amitabh Bachchan for his performance in the recently released TE3N, adding how in his desire to expand his versatility, Big B has stepped out of his stardom.

But why would one run down one actor to prove the mettle of another? In his later tweets, Varma goes on to explain how if Big B had attempted Robot, he would have aced it while Rajinikanth doing TE3N would have been far less impressive.

Ramu goes on to say that he is a fan of Rajinikanth and tags both Bachchan and Rajinikanth to elicit an answer from both without any success though.
