The first single Naana Thaana Veena Pona from Suriya, Keerthy Suresh’s next film, Thaana Serntha Kootam (TSK), was released online on Thursday.
Sung by music composer Anirudh Ravichander, the song uses a lot of beats and is a romantic number which will apparently show Suriya romancing Keerthy Suresh. Till the video lands, we have this earworm on a loop. The song has been well received on social media as well.
For Suriya fans, the star’s birthday came with a big surprise as the makers unveiled two posters from the film on the same day. On Sunday night, director Vignesh Shivan shared the news that on Thursday the film’s first single - Naana Thaana Veena Pona - would be unveiled.

The two posters have been very well received. The second one in particular does full justice to the title and premise of the film. Rumoured to be the remake of Akshay Kumar’s Special 26, TSK is a heist comedy featuring an ensemble cast of Karthik, Keerthy Suresh, Senthil and Baahubali fame Ramya Krishnan. Going by the first poster of the film, it can be assumed that audiences will get to see vintage Suriya in an avatar that’s very close to his real self.

The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander, the current sensation in the Tamil filmdom with hit albums such as Kaththi, Remo and Vedalam to his credit. Produced by Studio Green, the film is expected to hit the screens later this year. It will have a simultaneous dubbed release in Telugu.
