The porn site has already selected Eva Lovia, a 26-year-old female performer, and Johnny Sins for the ‘sexploration’. While there are porn videos purportedly depicting sex in space, this would be the first authentic attempt, according to Lovia. “(The other movies were not shot in) space zero-gravity. We are breaking the atmospheric level.”

1 Are you excited and confident about performing in the movie or is there some anxiety too?
I am beyond excited and yes, of course, I am nervous. Space is a very intimidating place!

2Do you think the physics of the whole thing is sound?
If we use Virgin Galactic, I do believe it is pressurised so that shouldn’t be an issue.

3Are the chances of the project taking off good? Does it look like the funding campaign will be successful?
PornHub alone gets millions of viewers an hour, so the goal is really not that far out of reach.

4"First sex in space" -- that sounds crazy. Are you doing this for the love of science or sex?
BOTH! Just to be a pioneer on this project is incredible. Plus, if it ends up being zero gravity (sex) that just adds to the excitement. I can’t take credit for this idea. It was the brain child of PornHub but I am glad to be involved. And no, nothing can touch this as far as a spontaneous act goes.

5 How did you enter the porn industry? Has everyone encouraged you for the 'space sex'? Or are there people opposing/criticising the decision?
I like sex and attention so that’s how... haha. I think porn is like every other business in the fact that there is good and bad experiences to be had and everyone has their own individual take. I love porn and can’t imagine my life in any other career. If you treat it like a business you can really have a great time and be very successful in other endeavours. I have not had any negative feedback yet but who can criticise space?

6 Do you think your chemistry with Mr Sins is important for this project to be successful? How is he taking the whole thing?
I don’t really know Johnny. I haven’t had the pleasure of working with him yet but he likes to work out, I like to work out so us gym rats will have plenty of chemistry, And yes, chemistry is important, always, not just with regard to space.
