Real Madrid vs Barcelona Highlights El Clasico: Real Madrid clinched a 2-1 victory against Barcelona in the season's first El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu, on Sunday. Madrid threatened from the get-go and almost got a penalty in the third minute, but it was overturned by VAR. Then Kylian Mbappe thought that he scored in the 12th-minute, but once again, VAR came to Barcelona's rescue and overturned the goal due to an off-side. Mbappe finally scored in the 22nd-minute, breaking the deadlock after a brilliant through ball from Jude Bellingham. Fermin Lopez equalised for the visitors in the 38th-minute, after Arda Guler lost the ball outside the Madrid box. Marcus Rashford got the assist with a good cut back. The scores were level only for a few minutes as Bellingham was left unmarked, and he made it 2-1 in the 43rd-minute. The Los Blancos managed to hold their lead in the second-half and even threatened to score more goals.
