Stockholm Open: Bopanna-Qureshi in doubles quarters

India's Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi of Pakistan overcame a stiff competition from German pair Michael Kohlmann and Alexander Waske to enter the men's doubles quarterfinals of the Stockholm Open tennis.

India's Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi of Pakistan overcame a stiff competition from German pair Michael Kohlmann and Alexander Waske to enter the men's doubles quarterfinals of the Stockholm Open tennis.

The top-seeded India-Pakistan pair won 7-6(5), 7-5 in 89 minutes in Stockholm on Thursday.

"The Indo-Pak Express", currently seventh in the Battle for London, fired 13 aces and converted two of their six break points.

Bopanna-Qureshi next meet Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis and Juan Martin Del Potro of Argentina.
