The Chrome Iris comes with a metal body and measures 8mm in thickness. The design allows the watch to rest evenly on the wrist, making it suitable for long hours of use. The company says the watch can be worn during work hours as well as daily routines.

The smartwatch features a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels. The display supports Always-On Display and can reach brightness levels of up to 1000 nits, which helps users view information under outdoor light. Users can also make and receive phone calls through Bluetooth when the watch is connected to a smartphone.

For health tracking, the Chrome Iris includes heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep tracking, breathing sessions, and Female Wellness Tracking. It also supports multiple sports modes to track physical activity. The watch carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Users can change watch faces using cloud-based options.
