STEP 1: Select the Settings icon after clicking the Start button.

STEP 2: Select "Recovery" from the update and security menu.

STEP 3: Next, click Get started in the box titled Reset this PC.

Step 4: Now choose from the option to whether keep or delete the personal files. If you decide to delete them, all the personal information will be lost and cannot be restored.

STEP 5: To begin the factory reset procedure, choose "Next" and then "Reset."
