Leader of Opposition and former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday also attacked the Haryana government, stating that it did not penalise or take stringent legal action against APL despite the company refusing to provide electricity. Instead, the government purchased expensive power at the rate of ₹10-11 per unit, he said.
