In the 2016 edition of TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards for best museums, The Met leads the top 10 list which is dominated mostly by museums across Europe.

For the ranking, winners are determined using an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for museums over a 12-month period.
