In extreme cases, these accidents can lead to severe injuries or even fatalities. Recently, a shocking video has surfaced online showing a motorcyclist falling into an open manhole while riding on a busy street.

Motorcyclist follows car, falls straight into manhole
The viral video, shared on X by the account Ghar Ke Kalesh, is reportedly from Moga, Punjab, according to News18 Punjabi. The footage shows a large, uncovered manhole in the middle of a busy road. As the clip continues, a car passes over the hole without any trouble as its wheels remain on either side of the opening.
However, a motorbike following closely behind was not as fortunate. The rider, seemingly unaware of the danger ahead, failed to notice the open manhole in time. In a shocking moment, he and his motorcycle plunged straight into the hole. The bike completely disappeared, while the rider struggled to climb out.
