India has accused Pakistan of endangering civilian lives by keeping its airspace open for passenger planes during a major drone and missile assault on Indian military bases on the night of May 7–8. According to the Ministry of External Affairs and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh of the Indian Air Force, Pakistan launched hundreds of drones and at least 8 missiles targeting 36 sites across Jammu, Pathankot, Udhampur, Srinagar, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Bhuj, and more.
