At UN, Jaishankar's Veiled Jibe Against Canada Amid Nijjar Row: 'Politics Can't Dictate Terror...'

Amid a raging diplomatic face-off between India and Canada over the killing of alleged Khalistani operative Hardeep Singh Nijjar, India's external affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar addressed the United Nations General Assembly on September 26. In a comment apparently aimed at Ottawa, the Indian minister said that political conveniences cannot be allowed to dictate responses to terrorism. Jaishankar also said that a few countries cannot continue to set the global agenda, and expect other nations to follow mutely. Watch the full video for more.
