'British rule better than Xi Jinping': Hong Kong mourns Queen & the past

Hong Kong, a former British colony, returned to Chinese rule in the year of 1997. Concerns over civil rights in Hong Kong, a semi-autonomous Chinese city. After the 2019 anti-govt protests, Xi Jinping imposed a sweeping Nat'l Security Law. China's National Security Law restricts freedoms promised to Hong Kong. The draconian law criminalises 'secessionism, subversion & foreign collusion'.
