Watch: 90-year-old war veteran hit by IAS officer’s car reveals ordeal

A 90-year old woman who served in the armed forces was allegedly hit by a Haryana-cadre IAS officer in Chandigrah on September 25. The woman, identified as Capt Paramjit Kaur Dhanoa (Retd) was entering

the Tagore theatre to watch a play along with her other family members. The car allegedly belongs to Former Home Secretary Haryana Anil Kumar, who allegedly didn't make any medical arrangements for the victim and left the place without apologies, as told by victim's son Inderpreet Singh.

As a result, the woman received injuries on her face

and her head and also suffered broken rib. The IAS officer was not available for comments.
