'Contacted Hamas For...': Russia Admits To Ties With Palestinian Militant Group In Gaza | Watch

Russia has admitted that it maintains ties with Hamas amid criticism over its relationship with the militant group after the October 7 attacks killed 1,200 Israelis. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explained that Moscow only has a relationship with the political branch of Hamas which is stationed in Qatar capital Doha. Lavrov added that the Kremlin contacted Hamas only for discussion on the fate of hostages in Hamas’ captivity.
