‘Around 12 lakh waiting for 2nd Covid vaccine dose in Maharashtra’: Nawab Malik

Maharashtra Cabinet minister Nawab Malik slammed the Central government over Covid-19 vaccine shortage in the state. Malik said that around 12 lakh people are waiting for the 2nd dose of Covid-19 vaccine in the state. "12 lakh people are waiting for their second dose due to the shortage of vaccines. We're not receiving vaccine doses. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a letter of intent for one crore vaccines," said Malik. He also said the Centre should announce subsidies to install oxygen plants on large scale to overcome the shortage of oxygen amid the Covid-19 crisis. Watch the full video for more.
