'Black Fungus not a new disease': AIIMS doctor demystifies Mucormycosis | Covid

Amid soaring cases of Mucormycosis, Hindustan Times spoke to Dr. Anupam Ranjan, an emergency physician at AIIMS. Dr. Ranjan busted myths around the disease also known as Black Fungus. He revealed how self-medication, purchase and admission of over-the-counter steroids is contributing to the rise in cases.
