Covid update: France’s €200 mn aid for India; good news from 13 states, UTs

From France extending financial aid worth €200 million to India, to over a dozen states and Union Territories reporting zero new infections over 24 hours - here are the top ten updates regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. Maharashtra, India's hardest-hit state, crossed the 18,000-mark with regard to the total number of Covid infections so far. In Uttar Pradesh, a patient was allegedly molested by staff members of a private hospital. Also, a petition was filed in the Kerala High Court against the Aarogya Setu being made mandatory.
