Covid update: South Korea restricts Pakistanis; China dog-meat fest; case on train

From India's case tally crossing the 4.25 lakh-mark, to a train passenger learning about his positive test result during the journey - here are the top ten news updates on the Covid-19 pandemic. Mumbai's Covid tally at 67,000+ has surpassed all states, except Maharashtra which is past the 1.35 lakh-mark. Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain, who was diagnosed with Covid and administered blood plasma therapy, has now been moved to the general ward owing to improvement in his health. Meanwhile, China is going ahead with a dog-meat festival despite fears that the Covid outbreak originated at a market which sold wild animals and their meat.
