Covid update: UK vaccine not for all; Trump health; India exceeds WHO target

From the Union government releasing guidelines for the graded reopening of schools from October 15, to India exceeding the World Health Organisation's target of daily tests by a considerable margin - here are the top news updates on the Covid-19 pandemic. Indian firm Bharat Biotech announced a deal to use adjuvant alhydroxiquim-II to boost immune response in its vaccine candidate, Covaxin, which is currently being tested. India has exceeded WHO's 140 tests per day per million population by almost 6 times, as per the government. India had done 7.99 crore Covid tests by October 4. In international news, the chief of United Kingdom's vaccine task force said that everyone won't be inoculated once the vaccine is available. In the United States of America, President Donald Trump is hoping that he will be discharged from hospital soon. He earlier faced flak for an outing to greet supporters at the hospital.
