HT Salutes: Kolkata group who helped sex workers in Sonagacchi amid lockdown

This group in Kolkata helped sex workers in Sonagacchi area during the lockdown. The group called Give A Little helped the people in Sonagacchi, Asia's biggest red-light district by distributing essential items during the lockdown. The group has been active in other areas as well. Give A Little was formed by Dipali Bhattacharya, retired principal of the Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata and her friend Aditi Roy Ghatak, a veteran journalist and activist. Member of this group and a social activist, Indira Kanjilal narrates the journey of helping these people. Watch the full video for more details.
