‘If we don’t stop Covid right now…’: PM Modi’s warning after meet with CMs

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with Chief Ministers of states over the surge in Covid cases in some states. Speaking after the meeting, PM Modi called for decisive steps to tackle the rising cases. ‘If we don't stop this pandemic right now, then there could be a nationwide outbreak. We have to immediately stop the emerging second peak and take big and decisive steps,’ PM Modi said. He also called for an increase in RT-PCR tests and with focus on smaller towns. The Prime Minister added that tier 2 & 3 towns have also reported several cases in this phase and also warned against vaccine wastage. Watch the full video for all the details.
