‘VAT hike further burdens common man in Delhi’: Congress slams CM Kejriwal

Congress leader Ajay Maken launched a scathing attack on the Kejriwal govt and the Centre over the increase in VAT. He said that the AAP and the Centre were hand in gloves and said that Congress while it was in power in Delhi had ensured VAT never crossed 20%.
