She took home the 'artist of the decade' at the AMA. Billie Eilish rocked a glittery bonnet with mesh covering her face. Halsey was seen in a ruffled floral dress as she posed for the cameras. Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello, Lil Nas X among others were also spotted.
