Disney's Frozen has been voted 'Entertainer of the Year'

The Disney smash hit 'Frozen' was voted AP Entertainer of the Year in 2014, besting Taylor Swift, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Fallon, Beyonce and Pharrell Williams. The story of Anna and her ice-princess sister Elsa easily outpaced the competition. And why shouldn't it? There's plenty of evidence to back up the choice: The soundtrack was the best-selling album on iTunes this year; Frozen merchandise made up 9 out of the 10 best-selling items in Disney stores, "Frozen" sing along cruises sold out, a sequel is in the works and a Broadway musical is planned.
