‘Four sleeping pills found’: Ajaz Khan after being arrested in drugs case

NCB arrested actor Ajaz Khan in connection with a drugs case. When asked about drugs found at his residence while being taken away by officials, Ajaz said, “They found four sleeping pills which my wife takes. My wife is under depression after miscarriage.” His name reportedly came up during probe of arrested drug peddler Shadab Batata. Khan was questioned for eight hours before being arrested by NCB. In April 2020, he was arrested for indulging in acts of defamation, hate speech. In July 2019, he was arrested by for uploading 'objectionable' videos on social media.
