Ahmednagar's SDM court has slammed a fine of Rs 90 lakhs on actress Rani Mukherjee in connection with a government land dealing. The Bollywood actress on January 3 lost possession of the land she had purchased near Shirdi after the Maharashtra government declared the transaction as illegal and formally took over the land. With this, Mukherjee's dream of owning a house in the temple town of Shirdi was dashed.
