Shahid Kapur's goof-up

According to reports, actor Shahid Kapur was a bundle of nerves while shooting an intimate scene with Kareena Kapoor recently. Well if this is true, should we say that this is the first sign of the "beginning of the end"? The scene was being shot for Imtiaz Ali's film Jab We Met, which has Shahid, playing a heartbroken, rich industrialist and Kareena, a Punjabi girl on the run. These two strangers fall in love while travelling together.
