The Accidental Prime Minister: Petition filed demanding ban on trailer

Plea has been moved in Delhi High Court against 'The Accidental Prime Minister'. Plea demands ban on the movie's trailer. It states that facts have been twisted to malign the image of former PM Manmohan Singh. Pooja Mahajan, filed a petition against the movie in Delhi saying that the trailer is misleading and brainwashes people ahead of the 2019 elections. The movie is based on former PM Manmohan Singh's media adviser Sanjay Baru's book. Starring Anupam Kher the movie is slated to release on January 11.
