Arsene Wenger wants to see more youngsters given Premier League chance

Arsene Wenger, Arsenal F.C. manager, believes more young players need to be given a chance by Premier League clubs. Citing the England football team's good performances in the U-20 as well as the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup, Arsene Wenger believes that it is something difficult for most managers to think about nowadays due to a lack of job security as compared to the situation around twenty years ago. However, Wenger maintains his belief that managers need to 'be strong' and look to give youth a chance. He believes that a youngster's senior debut is his most important and most difficult moment in his career.
