FIFA World Cup 2018: Germany, Brazil struggle as lesser teams surprise

It was yet another day in the FIFA World Cup 2018 in which the big guns failed to fire. Germany, the defending World Cup champions, suffered a shock 0-1 loss to Mexico thanks to a goal from Hirving Lozano in the 35th minute. Serbia got their campaign off to a great start against Costa Rica thanks to a goal from Aleksander Kolarov. However, the other surprising result of the day was five-time champions Brazil being held to a 1-1 draw by Switzerland as the FIFA World Cup in Russia continued to throw up results (Video courtesy: SNTV)
