FIFA World Cup 2018: Luis Suarez mobbed by fans in training

Luis Suarez was the undisputed star when the Uruguay national football team held their first training session in Nizhny Novgorod on Monday, a day after landing in Russia for their FIFA World Cup 2018 campaign. Local supporters chanted his name all the way through the training and the Barcelona striker didn't disappoint them, showing his skills on the pitch and staying longer than his team-mates to sign autographs and pose for photographs with fans. Suarez was one of the biggest disappointments for 'La Celeste' four years ago in Brazil. After the striker was expelled from the tournament in disgrace for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini, Uruguay was eliminated by Colombia in the round of 16.
