Gareth Southgate addresses England FIFA World Cup boycott speculation

With only three months until England play their first FIFA World Cup 2018 match in Russia, England football team manager Gareth Southgate was asked on Thursday about potentially boycotting of the competition after a nerve agent attack on a Russian former spy and his daughter that's led the UK government to expel 23 Russian diplomats. “I think it's a matter that's completely out of my control really” the England manager said, “We are desperate to go to a World Cup and that's where my remit ends on that matter.
