The U.S. has launched its seventh strike in six weeks, sinking a suspected narco-vessel linked to Colombia’s ELN rebels. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called the cartels “the Al Qaeda of the Western Hemisphere” and vowed to “hunt and kill them.” President Trump also deployed 10,000 troops and elite “Night Stalkers” near Venezuela amid CIA operations and rising tensions with Latin America. As Colombia and Venezuela condemn the U.S., the Caribbean is now fast becoming Trump’s newest battlefield.
