A Houthi minister made a big announcement amid tensions in the Red sea. Ships entering Yemeni waters will have to obtain a permit from the Houthis. Houthi minister Misfer Al-Numair said this is for the “safety of the ships". This comes as the Houthis have been targeting int'l ships in the Red sea & the Gulf of Aden.
