‘After Howdy Modi, expect big India-US trade deal soon’ I HT Conversations

Prime Minister Modi and US President Donald Trump addressed a gathering of around 50,000 people at the 'Howdy Modi!' event in Houston. Both leaders, who referred to each other as friends, also resolved to take forward the ties between the two countries. The duo even took a round of the NRG stadium holding each other's hand. The focus now shifts to New York where PM Modi and Trump are set to hold a bilateral meet. Hindustan Times' executive editor Shishir Gupta speaks on what to expect from the talks.
