Babri Masjid case: Special CBI court grants bail to 12 accused

The special CBI court granted bail on personal bonds to all the 12 accused, including LK Advani, MM Joshi and Uma Bharti, in the Babri Masjid Demolition case, in Lucknow on Tuesday. Lawyer of accused, Prashant Atal said that a discharge application has been submitted and if the court rejects it, then charges will be framed.
