Congress, SP seal alliance for UP polls

After days of negotiation, the Samajwadi Party and Congress formally announced their alliance for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls. Speaking in a joint press conference, Naresh Uttam said the Congress and Samajwadi Party will contest together to make Akhilesh Yadav the Chief Minister of the state for the second time.
