Ghulam Nabi Azad blames Modi government for rise of terrorism in J&K

Former J&K Chief Minister and Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad has lashed out at the Modi government and said that terrorism has risen in the valley since the Modi government came to power. He said that the Modi government knows nothing about J&K and has mishandled the issue leading to a spurt in militancy.
