Harsimrat Kaur Badal : Rahul Gandhi must be on drugs

Union Minister of Food Processing Harsimrat Kaur Badal attacked Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, saying that the latter must be on drugs. Kaur's remarks came in connection to Gandhi's allegation that 70 per cent of the youth across Punjab are under the influence of addiction. She added that the grand old Congress Party should refrain from maligning the image of Punjab youth for political aspirations.
