Hollande’s remark and Rahul’s tweet a duet that raise questions: Arun Jaitley
Updated on Sept 23, 2018 01:15 pm IST
Arun Jaitley questioned the timing of the statement by former French President Francois Hollande that came days after Congress President Rahul Gandhi's August 30th cryptic tweet warning of “some big bunker buster bombs in the next couple of weeks”. Both statements were made with regard to the controversy surrounding the Rafale deal, and the Finance Minister alleged that it was not mere coincidence that the Opposition leaders of the two countries were speaking in one voice on the controversial Rafale issue.
