Updated on Dec 27, 2016 06:12 pm IST
Launching a scathing attack on the opposition for criticising demonetisation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the policy as a 'safayi abhiyan' aimed to curb the spread of black money. He said the country has suffered in the past not just because of black money but also due to leadership with 'malicious heart.' The Prime Minister was addressing a gathering in Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun.
