Rajnath Singh visits Bum La pass, says no tension with Chinese Army at LAC

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited the Bum La pass in Arunachal Pradesh and took stock of the security situation at the border. After interacting with the jawans, the Defence Minister said that there is no tension with the Chinese Army at the LAC in Bum La pass. He further lauded the Indian Army for its mature handling of the situation at the border. The Defence Minister also visited the memorial of Subedar Joginder Singh, param Vir Chakra awardee, who was martyred in the 1962 war with China.
