As the Narendra Modi-led National Democratic Alliance government completes 100 days in office, Congress criticised the administration. Addressing the press, former Union Minister Kapil Sibal accused the government of turning a blind eye to the problems facing India. The Congress leader alleged an economic slowdown, job losses, and a weak Rupee to target the Centre. He also claimed that agencies like Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department were being misused to target Opposition leaders.
