PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, who faces arrest in the 2008 Bangalore blasts case, on Sunday offered to surrender. Addressing the media at his camp at Anwarassery, near Kollam, in Kerala, he added his health condition was poor and the arrest in such a state could cause "severe difficulties" for him. The PDP leader also denied that arms had been piled in the complex where he had been camping and said anybody could search the place.
