Economy steady despite S&P's ratings: C Rangarajan

Chairman of Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council, C Rangarajan has asserted that India's economy will grow faster despite the global rating agency Standard & Poor's downgrading the country's outlook from stable index to negative.
