Sharad Yadav calls for change in system in wake of rise in crime against women

Janata Dal-United (JD-U) leader, Sharad Yadav on Monday said that there is need to bring about change in the system and thinking, in wake of the rise in crime against women. While talking to reporters in New Delhi, Yadav said that there is no concrete result of the debates that are taking place in wake of the recent Delhi gangrape incident.
