Updated on Sep 01, 2015 04:19 pm IST

Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged people to climb down poles for safety concerns before starting his Bhagalpur rally in Bihar on Tuesday. Modi took on the 'grand alliance' during the rally and said "development should be the main agenda in the Bihar assembly polls." He demanded that the united opposition of Janata Pariwar give an account of the work done in Bihar over the past 25 years. "Those who have ruled the state for 25 years, they must give an account of the work done by them but they are questioning me," said Modi. Dubbed as 'Parivartan Rally', the Bhagalpur election campaign event was the Modi's fourth in the run up to the assembly elections in Bihar. He said no matter how many parties formed an alliance, it would not impact voters.
